Notepad

This was made from using a plastic picture frame. You can buy them at the Dollar Store. You can use scrapbook paper for the background or fabric. This is a damask fabric and the pad was cut down from a larger notepad. You can buy sticky notepads that are colored, but they do not have white ones. The large notepad was cut down at Staples. The frame is a 5 x 7. You can embellish it any way you want to.
